The terms under which Bijou Labs LLC provides Hakina to your organization, in plain language.

Who we are
Hakina is provided by Bijou Labs LLC. These terms are the agreement between Bijou Labs LLC and the organization that opens an account.
The service
Hakina is software for real estate underwriting and asset management. It is an analytical tool: it does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and decisions made with it remain your own.
Accounts and seats
You are responsible for the people you admit to your organization and for keeping their credentials secure. Role-based access decides what each seat can see and do.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat by subscription. Plan prices and inclusions are stated at the point of purchase and can be reviewed from your billing settings at any time.
Your data
The deals, records, and documents you put into the service belong to your organization. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train anything. You can request a full export of your records, and you can ask us to delete them.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for your own organization's work. Do not attempt to breach another organization's isolation, probe the service's security, or resell access.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Hakina's outputs — projections, valuations, scores, and alerts — are analytical estimates driven by your inputs and assumptions. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular investment decision, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Bijou Labs LLC's total liability under these terms is capped at the amounts your organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or for non-payment, with notice where practicable. On account closure, your organization's data is deleted as described in the privacy notice.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated to account owners and reflected in the effective date above. Questions go to hello@hakina.ai.
